Founder & Clinician
Tara Clark, LCSW
Tara graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with her Masters of Social Work Degree in 2014. Since then she has worked with a variety of populations, including children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mood disorders, and trauma. She is trained in the EMDR and focuses the majority of her work on helping individuals resolve past trauma with a combination of EMDR therapy and somatic techniques. She is also skilled in providing talk therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With children she enjoys using interventions that involve play therapy techniques and art therapy techniques, as well as sand tray therapy techniques. She enjoys working with all age ranges. Tara offers in person and virtual appointments.

Stacy Cannavino, LCSW, C-DBT, C-PD
Stacy graduated from Edinboro University with her Masters of Social Work Degree in 2016. Stacy is experienced in working with teens through aging adults who are struggling with personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, trauma, dysfunctional family systems, relationship issues, parenting issues, severe emotional disturbances, depression, and anxiety. Stacy enjoys working with teenagers and adults. Stacy is a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist and a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider. Throughout her time in the mental health field, Stacy has obtained training and is skilled in providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, and Existential Psychotherapy; both in an individual and group setting. Stacy is currently offering in person and virtual appointments in the evenings and on weekends.

Ashley Lantz, LAPC
Ashley graduated from Marywood University with a Master of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in mental health counseling. She has worked in a variety of settings with school-aged children through adults experiencing diverse symptoms and diagnoses. She has experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, life-transitions, work-related stress, and greif/loss. Ashley enjoys using a variety of treatment modalities, drawing from CBT, DBT, and play therapy methods. Ashley is currently offering in-person and virtual appointments.

Sarah Rava, LSW
Sarah graduated from Edinboro University with a Masters Degree in Social Work. Sarah has years of experience providing therapy to individuals and families facing a wide variety of life's challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. While using cognitive behavioral therapy, parts work, and a strengths-based approach, Sarah strives to create a positive and encouraging therapeutic environment to help clients reach their goals. She is passionate about her clients leaving each session with just a little bit more hope than they walked in with, and looks forward to walking alongside you as you grow. She is currently accepting new clients in person or virtually.

Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
Jenny Stone
Jenny is finishing up her Masters degree program in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. She will be transitioning from an intern to an employee within the next few months as she works toward her LPC. Jenny has experience working with individuals that are seeking veteran/military support, pediatric and adult chronic pain/illness management therapy, grief and loss, caregiver support, career coaching, premarital counseling, marriage/couples therapy, and family therapy. She enjoys utilizing methods such as Childrens Health and Illness Recovery Program (CHIRP), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Art/Play Therapy. Jenny is currently accepting new clients in person or virtually.

Social Work Intern
Tabitha Forbes
Tabitha is working toward her Masters degree in Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University. She has experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, substance use disorders, grief/loss, and crisis counseling. She enjoys treating mental health through a holistic view. She is trained in providing motivational interviewing, trauma informed counseling, and CBT methods. She is currently accepting new clients in person or virtually.
